V.W. Bro. John Aikman has passed to the G.L.A. . He passed away at the Bob Kemp Hospice, after a valiant fight with cancer.

His funeral will take place on Saturday May 28th, at Emmanuel United Church, 871 Upper Ottawa St., Hamilton, ON. L8T 3V4 - at 11 a.m.

Visitation at the Cresmount Funeral Home.on Thurs afternoon and evening with a Masonic Memorial Service to follow.

CUTHBERTSON, George September 15, 1931- April 21, 2016 Peacefully, at St. Peter's Hospital in his 85th year. Beloved husband of the late Anna (2009). Loving father of Susan (Dean) Cameron. Cherished grandpa of Lindsay and Eric. Pre- deceased by parents George and Margaret and brother Ernest. Dear brother-in-law of Jean Ojero and Helen Cuthbertson. George was a long time member of The Masonic Fraternity. He was a Past District Deputy Grand Master, Past Master of Ionic Lodge 549, Past Patron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Past Advisory Board Member of Hamilton Assembly #1 Order of the Rainbow of Girls. George was a long time supporter of the Glasgow Rangers Soccer Club and an avid golfer. Special thanks to the staff of St. Joseph's for their exceptional care. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Visitation at MARKEY DERMODY FUNERAL HOME , 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Sunday, April 24, 2016 from 1 p.m. until the time of Memorial Service at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. "Until we meet again"
